The Gerbils v2.0 CD release party with Screamin 4 Change – Nothing With Numbers – At Money Plays – Las Vegas, NV

This was a highly anticipated night, as it was a CD release party for the debut CD of Local Las Vegas Punk rockers  GERBILS V2.0. They hit the stage around 10:15 p.m. And at first you would think wow just a 2 piece band, bass and drums, you would think without guitar it wouldn't sound very good, but these guys make a 2 piece work like mad !! and once they start playing they smoke out their tunes.


Songs like "Ode To Quagmire" "Bipolar"  And my favorite  "Walk the Line" an Awesome Johnny Cash cover. In my opinion you can never go wrong doing a cover of any song by The Man In Black Mr. Cash. Their set was a huge hit with the crowd, They did a great job !!!  check them out on myspace. You Won't be disappointed.

Up next was another local Las Vegas Punk band "Screamin 4 Change" They are total hardcore Punk !!  Lead singer Tyson knows how to get the crowd going, flying into the crowd, and the rest of the band are just as animated. Tyson definitely knows when the camera is on him. He is a photographers dream, as far s getting great shots of him. Another cool band to check out on myspace. This band Rocks !!!
 
Also on the bill was another Vegas band Nothing with Numbers, they play hardcore Punk, and know how to rock the house.

I'd say this CD release party was a great success and a good time was had by all !
