Fight Like Apes – at Moshulu – Aberdeen, UK – November 25, 2008

This 4 piece outfit from Dublin Ireland, are in the genre of shoe gaze/punk/new wave. They put on a wild and wacky show, they captivate there audience with there on stage antics, bizarre but highly entertaining. Pockets who plays synth will be playing one minute then just disappears then in this instance came back with a metal bollard and proceeded to bash it against the barrier and crowd, who were just standing in anticipation of what was going to happen next, well Maykay (vocals and synth) came into the pit and hid behind the barrier and was singing out of sight of the crowd when Pockets jumped down from the stage and started playfully fighting with Maykay. Meanwhile Tom (bass) has been standing motionless for almost the whole show.

Fight Like Apes will be supporting The Prodigy on their sold out UK tour in December. Liam, Keith and Maxim are all big Fight Like Apes fans and personally requested the band for the gigs.
