Show Preview: Danzig 25th Anniversary with Doyle – Corrosion of Conformity – The Agonist – at Fox Theatre – Pomona, CA, April 27, 2013

Glenn Danzig has been a powerful presence on the Punk rock and metal scene for decades now, whether it be The Misfits “Walk Among Us”, Samhain’s “November Coming Fire” or any of his solo records since the late 80’s, Glenn has released material that has pushed boundaries and rocked in ways only he can produce.

With 25 years under his belt as a solo artist, Danzig is ready to celebrate by hitting the road this spring with his band and very special guest Doyle who will join Danzig and co. for a Misfits set.

Having gone solo in 1988 Danzig has since released 8 full length albums as well as a live record, ep and number of video DVDs. His live concerts have always been those of legend and we certainly expect his show this April in Pomona to be of the same caliber. Fans should expect to hear a number of back catalog favorites like Twist of Cain, How The Gods Kill, Her Black Wings, Hammer of the Gods, Am I Demon, Bringer of Death, plus newly recorded tracks due off his hopefully soon to be released covers album.

When Doyle hit’s the stage expect a crowd reaction that is as insane as it gets. Classics like Skulls, Last Caress, Mommy can I go out and Kill tonight, 20 Eyes, Die Die My Darling and more will cause quite the punk fueled frenzy. This is a show you wont want to miss at all!
