Forward Into Battle TourThe new year is already shaping up to be one of musical mayhem as the gnarliest club package tour invades southern California in late February. The U.K.‘S English Dogs are preparing to hit in the road for the first time on American soil in nearly a decade. They will be joined by none other than New York punx The Casualties, Portland’s Toxic Holocaust and Colorado natives Havok.

The English dogs formed 31 years ago as a British styled punk rock band before evolving into crossover thrash punk legends. The 1980’s saw the band as an international touring act having trekked the globe with punk and metal bands unifying both scenes one concert and album at a time. Their barrage of LP’s and singles released throughout the decade had an impact on both punk and metal scenes and their recent reunions have been met with both critical and fan acclaim.

Main support will come from The Casualties, a band most known for their high energy live shows, especially in LA. They were in town just a few months ago in support of their Sideonedummy Records release “We Are All We Have”, and as usual it was a chaotic performance put on by one of today’s most consistent acts. Their army of fans will definitely make up a large percentage of the charged crowd!

Toxic Holocaust will also share the stage as they once again have the honor of melting faces with their lightning quick thrash metal assault. Their performance in LA late last year was nothing short of a spectacle and they are expected to bring that same metal magic this February. Opening the show will be Colorado’s fiercest known as Havok. They are definitely a band to keep a watch for as their breakneck speed metal is taking the states by storm.

We cant wait for this tour to hit locally as heads will bang like no other. Punks and Metal heads will come together to celebrate good insanely fast played music together for two nights locally, so get your leather jacket out of the closet and come out for one hell of a show.
