The Marquees – Demo release

The Marquees are a local Las Vegas Nevada band, which consist of two members, Thats right a duo. The front man on vocals and Guitar is "StanLee Night Train" and drummer is "Joe War Drum". The CD is a nice 10 track compilation of their music. Stanlee looks like and gives me the impression of Richie Valens. The only difference would be Stanlee's unique style of vocals. Along with Joe War Drum hitting the skins furiously, and Stanlee's style of guitar playing this 10 track CD comes across as a mixture of slow almost Goth like music and Rock and Roll. Just when you think the song is slowing up a bit BAM !!!!   IN COMES THE HEAVY DRUMS AND GUITAR PLAYING.

These two guys know how to put together music and vocals while just using guitar and drums. I've never quite heard a style like this before, and I really like their music, I think you will too.
