The Frustrators – Griller

Want to hear some pop punk that isn’t whiney, but hard and tough sounding? Then listen to this Dr. Strange release. It sounds similar to old 90’s Green Day, which isn’t a surprise considering Mike Dirnt from Green Day plays bass in this band.

The slow songs on here are good, and still not whiney like some people would expect from pop punk. They do a cover of “Prettiest Girl”, which The Neighborhoods wrote and perform originally. My favorite song on this is “West of Texas”.
