Heavy Guerrilla – Pariah Time

Seattle's Heavy Guerrilla play a mid paced style of hardcore Punk rock with some subtle hard rock influences. The first comparison that comes to mind is definitely early D.O.A. and that can never be a bad thing. The band also has a sound that is distinctively Northwestern in a way that is hard to put a finger on but it somehow shares a similar vibe with Mudhoney and the Briefs at the same time. Whatever it is, Urban Guerrilla are super raw and have managed to put out a pretty rocking E.P. here.

They get serious bonus points for the silk screened record covers.
