while photographing the worlds most celebrated rock icons.

This special edition of "Ask The Angels" is a reissue of the
cult classic of 1978 by Donna, that includes additional
photographs through 1980. It is fair to state that the music
scene since 1976 has taken on cult status. When baby
boomers hear names of musicians like, Blondie, Patti Smith
and the Sex Pistols, you can’t help but recollect a time of
power and emotion in music history. Donna Santisi, has
captured the essence of these and many other music icons
from the L.A. scene through her striking depiction of raw and
candid photography. "Ask The Angels" is a beautifully imaged
coffee table book, of black and white photographs taken
during the New Wave and Punk Rock era of the 70's, 80's.
These provocative and expressive photographs are presented
in a perfect bound, 8.5 x 11 book, which illustrate 124 pages
of privileged visual energy.
