Excellent turn out and benefit show to celebrate the life of Brent Liles. Orange County punk come together to put on a benefit show for the family of Brent Liles, who was hit and killed by a truck in Placentia on Jan. 18, 2007. Brent Liles was a bassist for Social Distortion and Agent Orange.

Former Social Distortion and Agent Orange bassist Brent Liles was killed when his bicycle was struck by a large truck last Thursday.

Liles was entering the crosswalk at the Orange Freeway in Placentia, California when the tractor-trailer turned right on a green light on to an on-ramp, accelerated and hit the musician. 43-year-old Brent Liles was pronounced dead at the scene, but it took two days to identify him.
