Boston Hardcore trailblazers, D.Y.S. are set to play a reunion on August 29 in Revere, Massachusetts with an epic lineup consisting of the F.U.’s, Jerry’s Kids, Gang Green and NYC guests, Antidote.

In terms of other epic shows the lineup for This Is Hardcore was recently announced and includes Sheer Terror, The Cro Mags, Killing Time, Hands Tied, Starkweather, Ringworm, Kid Dynamite, Ceremony, Outbreak and an endless list of others. The three day fest will take place on August 13, 14, and 15 in Philadelphia.

Ceremony’s new album, "Rohnert Park" will be out this week with rabid fans promising to be lined up at record stores.

Cro Mags vocalist John Joseph has just put out a second book called "Meat Is For Pussies" that aims to challenge stereotypes about vegetarians.

British Oi legends The Business have announced dates for a tour spanning Canada, the West Coast, and most of the Midwest US. The tour starts in Canada in August and runs through the end of September. The Hollowpoints will be providing support.

Boston Punk rockers The Street Dogs have made several big announcements in the last few days: Their new album will be out worldwide August 31, they will be doing a one-off show in Pomona August 15, and week after the alum release will be kicking off a US tour with Flatfoot 56, Devil’s Brigade, and even some shows with Sick of It All. The Adicts at long last have announced an official US release date for their new album "Life Goes On". The album will be available in the US July 13 on People Like You Records.

The Toy Dolls have announced a September 11 show in St Petersburg, Russia.

The Queers have announced work on a new studio album, the first from the band in three years. A full tour is scheduled in support of the album’s release sometime in the fall.
